How far in advance should I make a reservation?

It is best to make your reservation as early as possible since your order is subject to equipment availability. An EZ Baby Travel associate will contact you within 48 hours to confirm your order. A credit card is required to hold the reservation.

Do you install car seats?

No, this is under strict company policy. Upon request, manuals are provided for all of our products. We can also provide Contact information for local police and fire departments who will install the car seat for you. You can also visit Child Passenger Safety Contacts at www.nhtsa.dot.gov for information on car seat installation.

Are your products clean?

Yes, our inventory is cleaned and sanitized after each use with a non- toxic environmentally friendly antibacterial disinfectant.

All cloth material is washed in hot water in an environmentally friendly antibacterial soap. Cleanliness and safety are our number one concern.

Are there a minimum number of days I need to rent equipment?

No, you may rent for one or two nights if you need. However, there is a $35.00 minimum rental fee associated with each order.

Does someone have to be present at the time of delivery?

Yes, it is recommended that someone is at the residence to verify all equipment is in satisfactory condition and to confirm the order. Please provide the name, address, and phone number of the contact person when placing your order.

What is the North Carolina Law concerning children and car seat requirements?

Do you have a delivery charge?

Yes, we have a minimum delivery charge of $20.00, depending on location. This includes both delivery and pick-up of items rented.

Do you deliver to the airport?

No. We cannot deliver equipment directly to the airport due to heightened security and FAA policy.

What is your cancellation policy?

We require a minimum of 48 hours to avoid any penalty. Any cancellations less than 48 hours will result in a 50% charge of the order to the credit card on file.

What forms of payment are accepted?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. A credit card is required to hold the reservation.
